FYI ☨ Goth

For those of you who don’t know and were curious, Gothic is not EVIL! it is basically dark romanticism. it was born out of a reaction to the suppressive and artificial aspects of victorian society. It has a dark aesthetic. modern goths are mainly connected by the goth and industrial music scenes and style of clothes but you don’t have to wear a certain type of clothes or listen to any particular music. it is a state of mind more than anything else and as i said before it is DARK ROMANTICISM. Goths in general are not satanists, tho some are just like some are christians, atheist, or like myself a buddhist. i hope this clears up some confusion on the subject.
